This is an Executive home located in a gated resort community. There is a tennis and volley ball court, club house, community pool, gym, games room and much more. The home has a bright and spacious formal living and dining room as well as a comfortable and well equipped family room, with full entertainment centre, TV, DVD and VCR. The master bedroom is spacious, it has a Queen sized bed, cable TV and VCR. The master bath is a Jacuzzi tub.
The second bedroom has a full size bed, TV and VCR. The third bedroom has bunk beds a single top bunk and a double at the bottom.
The kitchen is equipped, with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, cooking utensils, pots and pans are also provided for basic cooking. The home is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. This home has a private pool and spa, on the pool deck there is patio furniture for sunbathing and out door dining. All bed linens and towels are provided except for poolside towels and wash cloths.
